Shipping policy

Dispatch

We dispatch Monday to Friday. Orders placed by 1pmon a working day go out the same day by APC next-day courier. Orders after 1pm, or at weekends and on bank holidays, go out the next working day.

Next-day delivery is a courier target, not a guarantee. Delays caused by the courier are outside our control, but we'll chase them for you.

Where we deliver

The prices below are for UK mainland addresses. Delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and the islands costs more, so please contact us for a price before you order.

Delivery charges

Delivery is charged per package. Different products ship in different boxes and tubes, so if your order needs more than one package, you pay for each one. The total is shown at checkout before you pay.

Pre-cut kits: full car, front end, track pack	Box or tube	£30 each

Collection

You can collect your order from us in Dewsbury instead of paying for delivery. Choose Pickup at checkout and wait for our email to say it's ready before you come. Collections are Monday to Friday.

Damaged or missing parcels

Check your parcel when it arrives. If the box or tube is damaged, or anything is missing, let us know as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and the contents. Keep everything, including the packaging, until we've sorted it out.
